Flood affected single mother, displaced from the floods & still looking for affordable accommodation.

UPDATE 25/11/24 - Family currently living in temporary pod village & facing needing to transition out into other accommodation is impacting on mother's mental health. School fee debt and other economic challenges are affecting everyday. Older children are coming to stay with her over Xmas, which is a joy, but also a financial strain. Seeking support to purchase a Xmas present for youngest child & food for Xmas meal/celebration.

UPDATE - Mother is struggling financially & is seeking support to buy warm clothing for her child to go to school.

Mother is currently seeking stable housing 45 mins away from her temporary accommodation as that's where they previously lived and also where her son attends school. Accommodation in this town is also more affordable.

Due to lots of extra travel costs to and fro, Mother is struggling financially as only income is a disability pension.
Seeking support to cover some basic life costs whilst mother continues to look for stable housing.
