Family of 6 impacted by fires in Feb 2024 and re-impacted by Dec 2024 Fire
Resident lives with his wife and 4 children and was significantly affected by the fires of Feb 2024 and re-impacted by the Dec 2024 fires. They were forced to evacuate in Feb and March 2024 and again in Dec 2024. Resident manages a camping ground and have lost income due to the fire events which closed the camping ground and has caused enormous stress and financial concerns. The youngest child starts high school this year and funding the fees and unform etc is and extra burden on the family expenses. Vouchers for food and fuel would go a long way to relieving some of the immediate financial hardship that has arisen due to these catastrophic fire events and give them the best chance of avoiding long term financial hardship.
