Single mother of 2 girls feeling unsafe in her own home after experiencing homelessness and financial hardship

A single mother of two young girls with a history of domestic violence. They have recently moved out of crisis housing into a new tenancy. She is working with a financial mentor due to hardship and recently incurred some additional expenses including arrears, cleaning fees, moving costs, furniture needed for new tenancy. She is at imminent risk of her electricity being cut off after difficulty catching up while on a single Centrelink income. As a young mum with young daughters, she wants to set up her tenancy for success to avoid becoming homeless again. She has done everything in her capacity to set her kids up for a positive life despite their situation. She is concerned about her safety and wellbeing with frequent crime, neighbours drinking, and men that stare at her while in her own home. In addition, she cannot afford to purchase an aircon with current extreme heat. In order for her to temporarily feed her family and regain her financial stability, she needs some help.
