74 grandmother, moving out of temporary pod village into retirement home, lost everything in flood

Water went to ceiling of home and has been in temporary accomodation in a Pod Village for past 2 years waiting on placement into retirment home. Grandmother who spends alot of the time with the grandchildren and is wishing to refurbish new home. Lost everything in floods and struggling with day to day basics. Has opportunity to move into retirement home end of July. Has not attended The Hub prior was referred.
