Family of 5 currently living in their car in the back yard of families place - have been struggling for months

Family of 5 currently living in their car at the back of different family members back yard and on weekends sleep on the floor of grandmother's lounge room - Mother is struggling with medical conditions and the children are focusing at school due to moving from place to place and car has very little space to keep books, clothes personal items etc. Family needs assistance with suitcase each for clothing and personal items (toiletry items etc), children would advantage by a laptop to have their school work on instead of trying to keep books as they have very little space. Family needs assistance with fuel to keep moving sites and portable/air beds/mattress instead of sleeping on the floor.
