Family of four left with nothing after Townsville flooding, facing isolation and hardship
A family of four has lost everything after the severe weather in Townsville. The shipping container where all their belongings were stored was completely flooded. They were in the process of transitioning to new accommodation, but now they have nothing left to move. Both parents are unemployed, and one family member is on a sickness benefit. The power outage left them isolated, and the water damage also destroyed the children’s Christmas gifts. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
