Single mother of 2 girls feeling unsafe in her own home after experiencing homelessness

A single mother of two young girls with a history of domestic violence. They have recently moved out of crisis housing into a new tenancy. As a young mum with young daughters, she wants to set up her tenancy for success to avoid becoming homeless again. She is concerned about her safety and wellbeing with frequent crime, neighbours drinking, and men that stare at her while in her own home. In addition, she cannot afford to purchase an aircon with expected upcoming heatwave. They lived in a motel before moving into temporary housing, Mum paid 90% of her income for rent. She is working with a financial counsellor due to hardship and recently incurred some additional expenses including cleaning fees, moving costs, furniture needed for new tenancy. In order for her to temporarily feed her family and regain her financial stability, she needs some help. She would be greatly appreciate any support after feeling like she has been let down by many people and systems in her life.
