Retired couple (F 71 M 73) who were impacted by NSW Feb 2022 flood whole house went under to the eaves. Were able to do basic repairs through some insurance cover but there is more to do.

The flood damaged and exposed asbestos in one room which they keep shut and are unable to use.

Female has severe asthma / respiratory problems. Also ongoing issues with vision/eyes and ongoing related surgeries

They have very little expendable income
