We are a dedicated organisation providing holistic support to families from refugee backgrounds facing complex needs. our approach integrates the UBUNTU Practice, which emphasizes humanity, interconnectedness, and community strength, alongside the Positive Change Model, which focuses on turning challenges into opportunities for growth. Our services cater to families dealing with resettlement, cultural adjustment, domestic violence, homelessness, and young people in contact with the justice system.
The organization’s qualified staff and diverse leadership ensure comprehensive, culturally competent service delivery. Mentorship plays a key role in supporting young people through guidance and positive role modelling. The Empowering Mothers Program helps mothers strengthen families by focusing on parenting, financial literacy, and mental health.
