Shadows of Fear
A woman struggled with diabetes while living next to an abusive neighbor. Constant threats, break-ins, and violent outbursts left her in a state of perpetual fear, draining her energy and worsening her health. Despite her pleas for help, the housing manager struggled to address the antisocial behavior, leaving her feeling trapped and hopeless. Each day grew heavier as her neighbor's hostility cast a long shadow over her life, unearthing deep-seated childhood trauma.
Desperate for safety and support, she sought community resources, clinging to the hope of regaining her strength. Though the situation felt overwhelming, she vowed to fight for her peace and well-being, determined to break free from the cycle of fear.
