Mum of 4 young children unable to get disaster recovery assistance but mould inundating her home.
Client has been struggling to keep her family together while dealing with a Domestic Violent relationship, then the flooding and rain happened. The client was in and out of her home to due to the DV and then had to deal with a home full of mould upon return. The mould has gotten into her mattresses/beds and lounge and the family are unable to keep these items.
Client has sought assistance with other organisations but they have been unable to assist.
