NRMA Insurance Holiday Season Gift Appeal
Helping GIVIT, Always
Help support more Australians like no one else this holiday season
GIVIT is a national online non-profit organisation supporting thousands of Australians by connecting donors and community organisations so people get what they need when they need it most – whether they’ve been impacted by extreme weather, escaping domestic and family violence or unable to afford necessities due to cost of living pressures.
Since 2011, NRMA Insurance has supported GIVIT to scale nationally as a recognised disaster recovery organisation, so everyone can know GIVIT is the smart way to give. This year, NRMA Insurance and RACV are proud to enter a new era of our partnership with GIVIT, joining forces to maximise the help we can bring to communities. As their National Disaster and Emergency Partners, we will enable GIVIT to allocate 100% of public donations made to their platform to go directly to communities, and we will continue to work together to support communities in disaster response and recovery.
You can get involved in the Holiday Season Gift Appeal where you can donate or fund items and services, helping to bring joy to people experiencing hardship at one of the most expensive times of the year.
Choose from thousands of items (below) that have been directly requested by someone in need from all around Australia.

I have seen first-hand the devastation communities have faced following extreme weather and it is heartbreaking. I am very proud that we partner with GIVIT so together we can continue to help communities when they need it most. Thank you to all our people who are ready to Help, Always and for choosing to support GIVIT to help even more Australians.

How to donate
- If you'd like to donate to a request in your local area, use the location filter to set your suburb and radius.
- Use the other filters to select preferred appeals, causes, item types and delivery options, so you see requests relevant and meaningful to you.
- When completing your donation of items, time or skills, remember to select the 'donate as an organisation' tab. This will allow us to track the impact of the IAG community.
NB: If you’d like to donate funds, we encourage IAG employees to use our Community Connection platform, so your donation can be matched 150% by IAG. Visit our Community Connection platform here.
