St Lucy's School

St Lucy's is an independent Catholic K-8 School in the Dominican tradition for students with disabilities. We provide excellence in education that empowers students with the values, knowledge, attitudes and skills to ?ourish and participate fully in society.

St Lucy's caters to children from all religious backgrounds. We have an enrolment of approximately 170 students with our main campus in Wahroonga, Sydney and satellite classes on the Northern beaches. At St Lucy's we view each child individually in order to unlock their unique potential and to encourage them to become independent. We provide a holistic education, o?ering outstanding academic programs taught by special educators. Access to the programs is supported through the involvement of the Therapy team. It is part of our mission to raise awareness of issues pertaining to disability in the wider community.

St Margaret's Anglican Girls School

St Margaret’s Anglican Girls School is an independent day and boarding school for girls from Pre-Prep to Year 12.

There are approximately 990 students in the school, with around 290 primary students and 700 girls in the secondary school. St Margaret's has a long and proud boarding history and around 170 boarders from Years 5 to 12 are accommodated in the boarding house, which is in the very heart of the Ascot campus.

St Mary's House of Welcome

St Mary's is a drop in day center for disadvantaged and marginalized people. We offer meal services, showers, computer services and on site and off site activities for our service users.

St Mary's Primary School Bowraville

St Mary’s Primary School, Bowraville, is a caring and vibrant Catholic community where every student and family is valued, included and respected. We currently educate children K-6 from across the Nambucca Valley.

For over a hundred years, our school has provided a wonderful learning environment where students feel safe, secure and cared for. The school works closely with our local Gumbaynggiirr community, creating connections with language, country and culture for our students.

Through our school Motto ‘Let Your Light Shine,' we seek to inspire our students with a passion for learning, life and service to others. St Mary's School

We are a small regional Catholic school located in the farming town of Northampton. We currently have 95 students, across 4 classes. We cater for students from 4 year old Kindargarten to Year 6.

St Patrick's College Townsville

We are a day and boarding school for girls located in Townsville. We have many families that have been adversely affected by the recent extreme weather and flood event in January/February 2019. Families have lost their homes and belongings and require donations both monetary and for goods.

The staff and volunteers of St. Patrick’s Community Support Centre work to provide a high quality service, ensuring that the need for food, shelter, care and support is met in a non-judgmental, understanding and caring environment. St Patrick’s Community Support (St Pat’s) is a specialist homelessness service which has been working side-by-side with vulnerable people in the community for 50 years. We deliver a range of specialist, evidence-based services designed to break the cycle of homelessness and disadvantage, including housing, health, welfare and emergency relief and social inclusion.

We understand every person is unique and comes with their own story and personal journey that has led them to experience some degree of homelessness.

Recognising this, St Pat’s provides support at multiple levels including early intervention programs, addressing a person’s immediate needs and working alongside them to meet the challenges that have led them to where they are today. Our professional staff work with people to build on their strengths and resilience to help them rebuild their lives, thrive and return to independent living.

St Paul's Community Partnerships Program

St Paul's Community Partnerships works with families and community to increase educational outcomes for our young people. 72% of our young people are from ESL backgrounds and the school is situated in one of the most economically disadvantaged regions in Qld. Our families include migrant, refugee and asylum seeker families who we assist in many and varied ways

We are 2 schools across 5 campuses in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley & Central Coast regions.
SPCC DALE Young Parents is a school for teenage & young parents to complete their education including a HSC. Many students experience Domestic Violence & Homelessness.
DALE is a Special School for students with anxiety, depression, PTSD & autism in year 3 to year 12.
The mental health & wellbeing of our students is our number 1 priority. We are currently operating a dual delivery system for learning which includes onsite learning & online remote learning.

St Vincent de Paul - Canberra/Goulburn - Goulburn Conference

Every day the St Vincent de Paul Society offers support to people in need. In the Canberra/Goulburn region we assist men, women, children and families through: - emergency support helpline - home visitations - Blue Door drop-in centre - crisis accommodation and support for families and individuals experiencing homelessness - camps and excursions for disadvantaged youth - respite and recreation for young carers - emergency provision of food and clothing - access to tertiary education - support for people with a mental illness Our supporters and volunteers are everyday people, but what they do is extraordinary.

St Vincent de Paul - Child and Family Program - Brisbane South

The FIS program is committed to helping parents deal with the challenges of family life, learn how to be the best parent they can be and enjoy good healthy and fulfilling relationships with their children. We visit family homes on a regular basis. We want to hear things from a parents point of view and want to know about their main concerns and those concerns of child safety. this way we can work together to come up with a plan to address the concerns so that parents can move on, achieve their goals and get to where they want to be as a family.

We believe that all children have the right to live safely and be nurtured and supported to achieve their full potential. We believe that fundamentally all parents want to do the right things by their children and we are committed to working with families and caregivers to help make this happen.

St Vincent de Paul - Coolum Beach

We are a small Conference in Coolum Beach. We don't have our own office in Coolum but we do have Members on a Mon-Fri roster who are available to give locals a helping hand. We do our own fund-raising locally and the funds we raise go to help local Coolum individuals and families who need a hand up.
