Indigenous Futures Foundation (formerly known as Heart Futures) is an Indigenous non-profit charity providing emergency food relief to people in need of all cultural backgrounds.

Our mission is to feed our people and remind them they are loved, belong, and matter.

Indigo Junction Inc.

Formerly Swan Emergency Accommodation, Indigo Junction has been in operation for over 30 years. Whilst our core business is homelessness, we have programs including crisis accommodation for young people and young families as well as community transitional housing. Further to this we have a Strong Fathers' program for Aboriginal fathers and are a financial hub that offers financial counselling and emergency relief.

We provide case management and work with extremely vulnerable people in a trauma informed way.

Our deadly team works with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people 15 years and over every day to support mental health and emotional wellbeing. The Staying Deadly Hub provides a community controlled mental health and wellbeing service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, located within the Ipswich region.

The Family Wellbeing Service is a new initiative for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families in Strathpine, Caboolture, Morayfield, Deception Bay and the wider Moreton Bay region. The Family Wellbeing Service walks alongside families to support and strengthen connection with kinship, community, health and culture.

Integrated Disability Support Service Ltd

We are a local Not for Profit, Community organisation offering a one stop shop to meet all participants support and health needs. We support people with physical, intellectual or psychosocial disability with opportunities to be involved in community projects that build skills and develop social inclusion. We offer programs that develop Independent Living Skills this also develops confidence and delivers real outcomes.

Support we offer through our Lifestyle Mentors is designed specifically to meet our participants goals.

We also offer a range of activities at our Community Centre that can be accessed by the whole community. We currently offer Tai Chi, Yoga, Line Dancing, Social Support Groups including Lady's morning tea, craft and card making and board games.

We utilise local providers for activities and we prefer to employ local people as Lifestyle Mentors.

Intellectual Disability Rights Service

Support people with intellectual disability fleeing family and domestic violence. IDRS also have Justice Advocacy Service (JAS) and Ability Rights Centre (ARC) which gives free legal advice for people with intellectual disability. ARC also have advocates who support victims of family and domestic violence to be safe and secure.
