Mission Australia - Drug and Alcohol Youth Service - East Perth

Residential Rehabilitation aims to provide young people with a friendly, supportive and structured environment to complete a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. Its focus is to provide both physical and emotional safety while they engage in treatment to transition back into the community. This is a three month program and residents are required to pay rent during their stay.

Mission Australia - Early Intervention and Tenancy Support Service - South Sydney

The South Western Sydney Early Intervention and Tenancy Support Service supports adults (over 18) and families at risk of, and who have recently become, homeless to prevent homelessness before it becomes entrenched. The service operates in Fairfield, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Camden, Wollondilly, Wingecarribee, and Bankstown LGAs, providing outreach, referrals, tenancy support, advocacy, information and advice, and access to brokerage.

Mission Australia - Going Places Toowoomba

Going Places Toowoomba is a mobile support service for young people aged 16-25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Our knowledgeable staff provide specialized case management support to young people who are sleeping rough, couch surfing or living at home. This included working with young people and their families, where appropriate, to resolve the issues that are putting them at risk of homelessness.

The Housing & Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI) offers flexible support to people 16 years and over with a severe and persistent mental illness through psychosocial recovery support within the community. HASI works with people on their recovery journey, encouraging independence, promotion of self-esteem and a strong focus on each individual’s strengths, while also aiming to reduce hospital admissions, recidivism and homelessness.

Integrated Family Support (IFSS) is focused on building the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and families by providing support and resources to build family strengths, resilience and capacity.

The service provides early intervention for children and families at risk by supporting the family to identify, resolve and address issues in order to prevent/minimize any further or potential involvement with Child Safety Services.

Mission Australia - Intensive Family Support Ipswich

IFS aims to improve the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable children, and their families through the use of a range of flexible, tailored support services. IFS is funded to reduce notifications and re-notifications into the statutory Child Protection system and assist in reducing the over-representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people in statutory child protection. It works to do this through the use of a voluntary and collaborative case-management approach enabling families to access counselling, health interventions, in-home supports and other identified services to meet the individual needs of all family members.

The service provides early intervention for children and families at risk by supporting the family to identify, resolve and address issues in order to prevent any further involvement with Child Safety.

Parenting Together- is a program based in Launceston and surrounding regions in Northern Tasmania for parents to attend parenting workshops and therapeutic activities to help foster positive parenting skills and relationships.

Disability Employment Services – Disability Management Services (DMS) helps people with a disability, injury or a health condition to find a job, and then we continue this support while they transition to ongoing employment. We also support their employers with training, and assistance to access a range of other services.

Mission Australia - Navig8

Navig8 is the leaving care service provider for all young people aged between 14-25 who are currently in or have left Child Protection and Family Support (CPFS) Care. We cover the South West and Great Southern.
We provide advice and practical support for young people who are working towards transitioning to independent living.
Navig8 is available for ongoing support until the young person reaches 25.

Mission Australia - NEIC Darwin Pre & Post Release Supported Accommodation

The program is intended to provide transitional accommodation and reintegration support services to eligible male prisoners and offenders who are experiencing issues with housing and homelessness.
There is a significant emphasis on case management and reintegration to provide skills for living in the community and to assist residents in establishing community connections and restoring family/community relationships that will support independent living.

We provide support to individuals and families where alcohol and or drug use is a factor and they are / or at risk of homelessness. We assist in helping them to secure and maintain long term stable accommodation and also provide a range of other services to assist them in reintegrating them into the community.

Mission Australia - Psychosocial Support Service Northern Sydney West

Psychosocial Support Service Northern Sydney West provides support to people with mental illness who are not eligible for NDIS or for whom NDIS is not the most appropriate support. Working within a recovery framework, the service supports people to achieve their recovery goals by providing non-clinical services so that people are able to maintain their housing, manage their finances and daily living activities, engage in work or training, and maintain their physical and social wellbeing.
