All of our clients have a history of homelessness and are at risk of returning to rough sleeping if they don't receive the support they need. The most common reasons for referral to our service include: mental health, high rental arrears, NCAT strikes, complaints from neighbours, substance use, transfer needs, hoarding and squalor. A large part of our work involves supporting people to feel comfortable and safe in their home, so we are always on the look out for donated household goods and furniture.
