Parentline ACT Inc.

We aim to enhance parenting in our community. Our mission is to provide free, accessible and confidential support to the parenting community. To promote positive parenting and caring practices and to improve and enhance the lives and development of children and young people. We provide telephone and face to face counselling and online support. We aim to build on the existing strengths of parents, grandparents and carers. We have provided these services to communities in Canberra and surrounding region for nearly 40 years.

Parkerville Children and Youth Care Inc - Midland

the organization supports more than 10,000 people across Western Australia through our child advocacy services, integrated family services, early intervention and prevention, youth homelessness and supports, therapeutic foster and residential care program. Their future depends on what we do in the present to assist them to reach their potential.

Parkerville Children and Youth Care Inc - Young Women's Programme

Provides safe and affordable short to medium term accommodation for young women 15-25 years
who are homeless at imminent risk of homeless or who need transitional support in becoming independent.

Parkerville Community Care Inc.

Parky Care is a public benevolent institution whose aim is to relieve poverty and distress within the wider Shire of Mundaring and eastern City of Swan community in which it operates. We provide and/or facilitate a number programmes, notably The Village for mothers struggling with the journey through motherhood, parenting programmes (in conjunction with Midvale Hub Parenting Service) and the Wooroloo Community Resilience project. The latter is focused on building community resilience on the back of the February 21 and January 22 bushfires through facilitating fuel load reduction on public and private land.

Parkes Shire Food Service Inc

Parkes Shire Food Service Inc. offers a range of services including hot and frozen meals and a Community Restaurant; our service is funded under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme. Parkes Shire Food Service Inc. supports the towns of Parkes, Peak Hill, Trundle and Tullamore along with all villages and localities within the Parkes Shire. Our Volunteers are the life blood of the Service and support our staff in delivering a daily meal service to the local community.

We have a radius of 150km and service a shire population of over 15,000 people over 5,958 km².
We are in partnership with Parkes Coles and Second Bite where we pick up bread, fruit and vegetables to make them available to the community at no charge.

Pathfinders is a Non Government Organisation that provides free services to eligible community members for issues of Homelessness, Family and Parenting Concerns, Out of Home Care, Domestic and family Violence, Youth issues etc

Our Mission is to improve the lives of the most vulnerable people in our society through engaging them in the community and providing them with the support and training that need to find happiness and security in their future.

If you need assistance to find accommodation or employment, feeling isolated or has just arrived in Australia and need advice, and then we can help. We endeavour to find solutions that address each individual’s unique needs, assisting a wide range of people to join their local community and to get back on track. Our services include one-on-one counselling, job readiness training in areas from administration and retail, website development, women empowerment and domestic violence support services, healthy lifestyle and food bank services, housing and homelessness support and cultural awareness development programs.

PCS is a friendly and social environment for those wishing to volunteer, gain skills and make new friends.

To provide direct relief from poverty, sickness, suffering, destitution, misfortune & helplessness to all Aboriginals in the State of WA without discrimination & to include but without limiting the generality of the above and the following:

b) Help bring about the self support of its members by the development of economical projects and industries
c) Support and provide education & job training, health services, work opportunities & housing for its members

Paynesville Neighbourhood Centre

We are a Neighbourhood House, servicing all community members in Paynesville and surrounding areas. We offer support and referral services, community activities and social programs, and give locals a "safe place" to come and have a cuppa or attend activities. We also have a childcare service, and run Playgroup.

Paynesville Primary School's vision is to support students every day to become lifelong learners in a safe, positive and respectful environment. Our focus is on creating the most supportive and respectful school culture from which we build literacy and numeracy. We enrich student learning through specialist programs such as Information and Communications Technology, Kurnai Language, Visual Art, Science, Library, Kitchen, Garden, Sustainability, Physical Education, Music and the Performing Arts.

PBB Media Incorporated

PBB Media Incorporated (Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond) is a nonprofit community journalism & media organisation based on Bundjulang Country in the Northern Rivers of NSW, operating since 2010.

THE PREGNANCY, BIRTH AND BEYOND OUTREACH HUB is a collaboration between non-profit organsations PBB Media Incorporated and The Returning Indigenous Corporation, both local Northern Rivers community organisations. Located in Mullumbimby and servicing flood-affected families across the Northern Rivers region, The Hub offers support and relief to pregnant, birthing + postpartum families.
As a parent or parent to be of children up to the age of five, families can access: care packages, the outreach support program, maternity health and wellbeing services (at the hub, in-home & online), mumma and baby supplies, childcare, financial aid, breast milk bank, community groups and more. In partnership with The Returning, the hub is reaching indigenous communities across the region.

PC's For Kids Inc.

Reuses and recycles IT, audio visual and other electronic equipment etc. E-waste recycler.

- Donates refurbished computers and laptops to eligible children under 18 years of age who have been referred by schools or community support organisations. Laptops less than 5 years old are particularly needed to meet secondary school requirements..................
- Provides cash donations to local primary schools for acquisition of additional IT equipment or to enable activities such as school camps and excursions. Funds come from sales of items in our shop and from sales of dismantled e-waste.

PCYC - Canberra

Following incorporation, the Canberra PCYC provided a platform for ACT Police and the Australian Federal Police to engage with young people and the community. While community engagement originally focused on sports activities and social events, our services have now evolved into an holistic approach to social edification.
The Canberra PCYC have an enthusiastic case management team who are dedicated to client driven outcomes. Our case management framework encompasses a flexible, creative, strengths-based approach to supporting individuals and families in need.
The Canberra PCYC run recreational-based early intervention, crime prevention and reduction, and youth crime diversion programs for vulnerable young people. These are targeted programs for young people who are exhibiting anti-social behaviour, disengagement from school, or are engaging in low-grade petty crime.

PCYC - Carnarvon

Carnarvon PCYC exists so that disadvantaged children and young people at risk in the Carnarvon area have a safe place to go – somewhere they can feel at home, make friends and do things that young people should do.

Carnarvon PCYC continues to be the only indoor facility in the local community that delivers a wide variety of recreational activities. The Centre also provides diversionary programs where youth are provided access to a variety of personal and physical health support agencies as well as fun and safe activities to keep them engaged all year round.

PCYC - Crestmead

PCYC Crestmead is a youth club which is situated in Crestmead Community Centre provides support to community members.
PCYC Crestmead is leading the way in providing youth programs and community programs tailored to meet the needs of its community and offers a range of activities and programs for Crestmead, Marsden, Browns Plains and wider communities. Community members can come visit the club and participate in the range of sports, recreation, social activities such as, Boxing, Tiny Tots and Community events, workshops.

PCYC - Fremantle

Fremantle PCYC exists so that disadvantaged children and young people at risk in the Fremantle area have a safe place to go – somewhere they can feel at home, make friends and do things that young people should do.

Fremantle PCYC also provides core programs such as Safe Space, a youth crime intervention program that provides young people aged 7 to 17 years with a safe place to hang out with their friends – as an alternative to hanging out in the streets.

Fremantle PCYC aims to offer young people an opportunity to develop self-reliance, independence and confidence in order to grow as courteous and considerate community members.

Police-Citizens Youth Clubs (PCYC) Queensland is a trusted and respected charitable not-for-profit that delivers a broad range of youth-focused activities and programs, outside school hours care, gym and fitness, and more for everyone.
Together we’re building safer, healthier communities through youth development.
Since 1948, our staff and volunteers have been working in partnership with the Queensland Police Service (QPS) to meet local community and youth needs. Today, PCYC supports more than 75,000 members across our 54 branches from the tip of Cape York to the Gold Coast hinterland.
Importantly, PCYCs are a vital and key point of engagement for young people who are at risk, disadvantaged or disengaged. Our clubs and programs provide opportunities for young people to have positive experiences, get involved in a wide range of activities, and learn from great mentors and community leaders including our serving Police officers.
